Our Team
Glenn Nicholas - Publisher

A few short years ago Glenn read the article “A Long Tail” by Chris Anderson. He promptly resigned from his role at IBM to head off into the emerging world of online publishing. Glenn is particularly interested in how smaller businesses can embrace the new world of online commerce. This site brings together Glenn’s passions for online technology, organic food, the environment and good writing. He cooks twice a week for his wife and two daughters and is still searching for a killer recipe for silverbeet growing in his organic patch. (All suggestions gratefully received.)
Julia Sutton - Publisher

Julia’s first job was for the historic Australian publishing house Angus and Robertson as a junior in the marketing department. She has a degree in business communications and post graduate degree in community development. Her jobs have taken her into a wide variety of worlds. These include big city public relations and publishing, as well as live theatre and community arts. In recent times, Julia has concentrated on learning about writing for the web and online community development. She is a quilter, a painter and a reasonable cook. With one exception - according to her kids she is particularly bad at pancakes.
Julie Hosking - Managing editor
The only edible thing you’ll find growing in Julie’s garden at the moment is a rosemary bush it’s impossible to kill. All previous attempts to grow food at source faltered due to lack of duty of care (plants apparently need food and water, too). She does, however, have enormous respect for those who grow their own, and enough to feed the rest of us. She has worked as a journalist and editor for more than 20 years and plans to apply those skills to digging up fabulous stories from the organic world and planting the seeds of knowledge for hungry consumers. When she’s not busy hunting and gathering, Julie is running after her three children – Aidan, 7, Maya, 1 and Norman, 47 (well, he’s a big kid). In her “spare time” she likes to read, listen to music, cook, and eat good food and drink good wine with friends and family. Hey, she may even learn to grow her own fruit and vegetables yet.
James Collins - Technical guru

A few years back, James saw the light and escaped corporate captivity to come on the big adventure of online publishing. Having recently moved out of home, he is relatively new to the whole idea of cooking his own meals. James spends his time taking care of the nuts and bolts of the TrustOrganicFood website – you know, making it work. His future plans include spending less time in front of the keyboard and spending more of it in the kitchen learning how to improve on his typical dinner of baked bean toasted sandwiches. At the moment, James owns one cookbook (we’re starting a collection for the deprived lad, if you’re interested). He loves to ski and is never bored.
